Event: Catastrophic shipment delays due to engine failure
We know this is not the news you were hoping for. Unfortunately, due to circumstances outside of our control an unprecedented shipment delay has occurred, affecting customer orders. Here is everything we know, and what we are doing to ensure you receive your orders as soon as possible.

What's happening
On 28 September, the Evergreen vessel carrying 8 of our containers suffered a catastrophic engine failure after making it all the way to waters off Queensland on its southbound voyage. The repairs it needs can't be carried out in Australia, so the vessel has been diverted back to Taiwan. The shipping line has advised that this significant incident adds a further delay to a shipment already delayed by the recent typhoon.

How orders are affected
We are awaiting confirmation from the freight forwarder on the repair and delivery timelines. All customers affected will be treated as a priority, and kept up to date every step along the way. The moment your stock lands, our team will prioritise shipping it out to you as soon as possible.
