We visited Living Unlimited at Aspley on Thursday and received excellent service by Maya. She was very helpful in choosing fabric for our lounges and checking the proposed positioning of the pieces we chose and that our choice would look attractive with the current wall colour and other furniture in the room. We were given several choices and the use of larger swatches of fabric was very helpful. We were fully informed about the wait time and the various choices for delivery and care of fabric. Maya’s manner was very engaging and she gave us plenty of time to consider our options.

My was cheerful and friendly, a very nice difference from other stores we have visited. She showed us the range and we settled quickly on a chair. My took exceptional care in making sure that the chair we chose was comfortable and demonstrated the features. After the colour was chosen, we placed the order and My was very diligent and made sure we understood the warranty and length of time before delivery would be made.
All in all a delightful experience, this includes the rest of the staff, but My stood out.

I went to the showroom after finding a sofa that I liked online. Sunny walked me over to that sofa and then talked me through how the configuration of my choice would piece together. When I wasn’t sold on the firmness of it, he showed me some very close alternatives. I’m glad he did because instead of going with the Dover, I went with the Avalon and am really thrilled about it; the recliner lays out almost completely flat! Sunny gave me the information about delivery and helped me make the right decision for my needs.
- I recommend going into the showroom even if the website says your preferred sofa isn’t on display, there will likely be something similar for you to try!

Ordered the Kiana Mocha lounge set and 4 days later I’m on my balcony enjoying it. It is exactly as pictured. Modern, easy to move around and very comfortable to unfold on. I had checked out lounge sets at a similar price point and they neither looked as good nor felt as comfortable. Delivery was very quick and efficient. I can’t attest to assembling it. I had a friend do it for me who is a handyman and it took him half an hour but he said it was relatively easy and gave the aesthetic two thumbs up. I would order from them again.

We had been to all of the lounge stores in our area, looking to replace our 10 yr old leather lounge. . Because we weren't able to find what we were looking for anywhere, I thought the chances were pretty slim in finding one at all. Immediately we were greeted at the door, and asked if we needed any help. We decided to have a look around on our own for a while. We liked how the showroom was set up, and there were so many lounges to choose from. I find when I go out looking for a piece of furniture I don't want to be over stimulated with a lot of other furniture or decor. Lounge life was perfect. We actually found a lounge that suited both of us, then our sales assistant Maya came over and asked if we needed help. She showed us their colour ranges, and pulled the large swatches down and draped them over the lounge, and tried to consider both of our tastes, no mean feat, as my husband and I don't always agree 🙂. We found what we liked, and we were able to put together our new lounge and armchair. No trying to persuade us, just some professional advice. We are very happy and would recommend Lounge life wholeheartedly. The team are fantastic, and really know their stuff. Thankyou so much.

I bought a two seater recliner lounge from Lounge Life, Aspley Qld on 2/6/26.
Georgia assisted me with good knowledge and easy communication. There was no 'pushing' and I took my time to make a decision between two. I had shopped around and found Lounge Life had quality stock and a good price, although full delivery and assemble is on the high side - however it may be worth it if the freight company are careful. It is 10-12 weeks for delivery as I wanted leather instead of fabric, so I will do another review when it gets here. The in-store experience with Georgia was good.
